Celtic pen problems

I make a lot of the celtic pen kits and more than a few times the twist mechanism doesn't wok. it just keeps on turning so doesnt move the refill in and out. Does anyone know a fix for this or anywhere you can buy spares. I think the same mechanism is used in the zeta pen kits.

A flat out good question for your dealer mate ,like to hear from them first, seem to recall discussion of this before.

i had ordered them from axminster, they don't do spares but sent me 2 full kits which i was surprised and pleased at. great customer service.
