Ceo twist pen with cross cut zebra.
What I don't like about it is the pocket clip also turns with the upper twist mech.
If the clip is too hard against the wood it will score it.
I bent the clip out to get some pressure off the wooden barrel

But isn't that the function of a CEO to score the people under him?? I think it is aptly named.... all you now have to do is cross cut the zebrano in such a way that the black line falls directly under the clip touch area. :winking:

They are a nice looking pen and you have made a good job of it the only thing I dont like about the kit as you have said is when you twist it to extend the nib the clip turns with the cap ans and rubs across the wood and soon removes any finish you have applied its a design fault nothing to do with your craftsmanship

Nicely done.
Bend the clip up just enough so the it dose not rub on the blank.
I use a thin sheet of paper as a gauge.
Will still clip securely in the shirt pocket.
