For sometime I have been thinking of making some changes for 2019 Craft Fairs. As well as making my normal pens and people saying they like pens with a story. I thought I would go down the line of of doing just that, pens with a story, pens made out of rare or very rare woods. After a month of research I'm ready to go and this is my first of many I hope.

Great idea, sometimes it's the story that sells, it's being that little bit different.....good luck and let us know how it goes:thumbs::thumbs:

That's a good idea Glen, that's a nice looking pen. I go to Dunham Massey sometimes with the girls, plenty of wood there.

It s a great idea. My customers also favour the pens made with wood that has a story attached. My latest wood find with a story comprises 4 Georgian Mahogany dining table legs. Dining table circa 1800-1810. It turns beautifully.
Kind regards
Ian
