Felt that I needed to try this, unfortunately I now need a Band saw added to my list of kit needed (and so it starts).
Any ideas on getting the CA glue off the metal, got distracted  . If not no big deal just a pain.

Nice shape:thumbs: CA debonder should get rid of it, don't know what it will do to the plating, mind.

It was an old kit I had lying around not very good quality, so think it may just melt completely. Looks like a work pen for me then.

Nicely turned & finished David :thumbs:

As peter says try the debonder, alternativly you could try scraping it off but only use something made of plastic & not sharp :thinks:

Done a good job there David..shame about the CA ; one of the perils of the job I'm afraid can't be too careful with the damn stuff. I use acetone to unstick my fingers etc.
