After making the half track I needed to do something simple so I have just finished this bowl made from Chestnut burr and measures 9" X 4 1/2" Finished with a food safe oil/Mineral oil and then woodwax 22 paste and hand buffed. This is following on from my question To burn or not to burn

Leave it natural Derek, it's a beauty as is it needs no embellishments.:thumbs:

What you see above is finished Bill after everyones comment on leaving it as is that is what I have done. As you can see the foot is also removed.

Thank you all. I have plans with another piece of burr but with some colour this time
