Christmas Tree Wood

A lad at work brought me in the top of their Christmas tree from last year asking if i could make a pen from it. I managed to get 3 blanks from it .. I gave him the first one i made, here is the 2nd one .. Give a CA finish ..

What is it like to turn and how soft is it.

Derek, it was pretty easy to turn, i used a roughing gauge to round it off and then shaped it with the skew ..
