A Chrome Bolt Action with alternative Buffalo Horn.
Finished to 600 grit, then Micro-mesh to 12,000 grit and finally some T-Cut

Very effective Chas, I have used real Indian buffalo horn for walking sticks, nice stuff, takes a good shine.

Looks good Chas although I'm not overly keen on chrome bullets prefer them brassy.

Two bolt actions have taken my imagination one by Les in Canada recently in black and yours today,very different but with a common impact yours is so glossy and elegant as well Chas . Youre on a roll mate.

There doesn't appear to be Peter. I've done a couple of pens in the alternative Buffalo horn and not found any yet

The stuff from T/R has some nice detail in it and its cheap £2.90 Buffalo Horn 150mm x 20mm Dia - Ivory and Bone Alternative and Horn - Pen Blanks - Pen Making
