chuck insert/adapter wanted

So My chuck is 1" x 8 tpi and I'm after a insert to fit this to a T12 lead screw but I can't find one for the love of money.

So I was thinking of buying something like this Axminster Woodturning Chuck Hub - M33 x 3.5mm But solid so I can drill out the back to 12 mm and tap a grub screw into it

this is the lead screw I am going to use Amazon.co.uk

I would even pay to have one made if that's my only option
