Thanks Davidj44.

The specific pen is the Pro Gel Pen RZ-34#-G from PenkitsUK but I was also wondering about making a few custom pens.
Anyone bought cheap pens and broken them down for the parts?

I haven't tried any parts from kits - except, of course, when using an actual kit. I am about to order some of the Schmidt units as I play about with kitless pens. I alreay have a 7.5mm tap and dies set amongst my souvenirs! David

Yep broken many cheapy clicks and reused em, The Tesco recycled cardboard ones are great, cheap as chips and the click works.
If you wanna use all the components I think an 8mm tube does the job but don't rely on that cos it has been a while since I did them.
