Had a request for a Click Pen, I know there have been issues with these.

What's the best one out there ? Preferably in the UK

Cheers

Yep they are the only two I would go for but the Stratus needs the click button gluing on, it has a tendency to work loose and get kicked under heavy industrial furniture never to be seen again DAMHIKT.

I've turned several of both the Vertex and Stratus, and like both. If I had to choose one, I'd probably go for the Vertex.

Well after speaking to him, he is telling me that he is likely to be a clock hound, playing with the clicker while thinking, on the phone etc ....

I'm trying to steer him away from them

Bob Lons sent me a stratus kit yonks ago. I made it up and use it as my work pen.
It gets thrown in the work bag, and clicked, and clicked, in use. I also click it by banging it on any available surface.
Still works!

I've just made one up today so will post a pic later.

Neil, I took Brians' advice and glued on the button, just in case, might be worth a thought for your work pen maybe!

I'll wait and see if it suddenly decides to fall off Bob.
I just looked it up, and I made it on 14/3/15, and has been in use since. Been through a few refills since then.
If it aint broke, don't fix it!

To damn right mate, mine was sent to me by Eamonn, I made it up when doing trial testing when I worked in the postroom.
A little experiment to find a pen that would write on anything and be fool proof as there were lots of fools using them.
Never did beat the cheap plastic biro that come in packs of 100 for a knicker but never finished the experiment either.
Dunno what they use these days whether it's my pens or the plastic ones init?

Never let a good opportunity go past Phil. Reminds me of the ad Oils Aint Oils. Refills aint refills unless Beaufort ones.
