You grasp it in your fingers and put your thumb on top to press the click button:banana::banana:

Seriously tho Glen it depends what you want. Google it and you'll find a few.

Pencrafts Uk sell Vertex which is a nice mechanism, Stratus is the same but harder to get, I got mine from Vince at Turners Workshop, Axminster sell sierra clicks and I got some executive clickers from (I think) Timberbits tho could have been from Vince as well.

I'm sure there are many more but from what I've read some are poor quality. I'm sure one of the more knowledgable members will be along soon to give recommendations

I've used Sierra Button Click and Button Click 7mm Pen kits from Turner's Retreat I have found the kits are good quality and have been very pleased with the results.

I have turned a few click pens in my time and to be honest most of them were crap so I stopped turning them the last one I done was the sierra and the button broke on half of them within a few weeks 8mm click pens half of them never worked from day one and that is why I dont turn them any-more however I have heard from a very reliable pen turner the Vertex is the best ever

I ahve found the Vertex to be the best smoothest and longest lasting.
Having said that I made a curly clip one piece click for My Drain and she just loves it and uses it daily without issue
Charlotte found the curly kits and made them all up to her delight, they seem to be ok too.
Other than that I have not liked any either.

I'll go along with that Brian, the vertex is reliable, I have been selling it for around three years and have had no complaints. The TB click pen, likewise although its not a fast mover, not a terribly well designed pen but reliable.

The sierra is unreliable in that there are so many copies and some are really bad.
