Competition Time Guys and Girls
I ran a comp last year for Bill Mooney where all the pens made were given to Bill for Blind Veterans Charity and it was very successful. Well I am doing another comp with some GREAT prizes.
first the rules
make a pen.or 2 or as many as you want no limit(any kit and any blank)
send me a PM i will give you my address send pen to me
the pens will be judged by me Walter Hall and Bill Mooney at the Harrogate woodworking Show probably over coffee and cake
We will be at the show the 18th of november so you have loads of time to get your pens to me
I will post the winners the next day along with photo,s of all the pens
Now Prizes
1ST £50 voucher for Taylors Mirfield
1 of Scott Walker (mr resin blanks) eddy blanks
1 red malle blank
2nd 5 of Scotts fabulous Blanks including a Eddy Blank, Elm burr Hybrid, cholla in resin, lace blank and stabilised dyed scycamore
3rd a Bmpk kit with a Purple Yew Blank
4th 5 timber blanks Thuya burr,Austrailian salmon gum,Pink Ivory,Lignium Vitae and a african Blackwood
If we get enough entrys there will be a 5th prize of 3 timber blanks
so if that isn,t reason enough to get in the shed and make a pen I dont no what is
apologies for spelling and grammer mistakes this is the longest thing I have EVER written
