Forgot to invite you to have a go at this one as I made comments about others, open season on my entry folks!

Dont normally make closed end pens, nor make my own blanks as I need to be a bit of a speed merchant but enjoyed the excuse to do something different. The blank was made from Padauk and Pau Amerrello and forced into a slight curve as it dried, glued with cascamite by the way.

That one did it for me Neil, glad I found out who I voted for. Nothing to criticise as far as I'm concerned mate.

No criticism from me either Neil, unfortunately like all the other pens in the comp it was good enough to win but sadly we only had the one vote .. :bwink:

I too really liked that one, Neil. Clever idea to have the curve! Something in the competition pic put me off, if I'd seen that pic it would have got my vote.
