On recovery it may be rebooting several times.

If that fails try safe mode and run a scan for malware and virus.

If that fails try a system restore as it is more than likely a corrupt update that is causing this.

The only help I get from IT support at work is " can you turn it off and on again"...... No help in this situation, sorry :whistling:

I'm with Garno. It's nearly always a corrupt windows update that causes this. Click the system restore option and go back to a date before your most recent update.
