It has been a while since I made a pen. Here is JR Gentlemen in Coolibah burl. I picked an offcut of the burl from one local professional woodturner that we sometimes go to visit with Penpal. Not a bad offcut in my view!

Right up my street Ilya, lovely finish on a beautiful looking pen .. Wish i had some offcuts as nice as this one .. :thumbs:

Morning Ilya I too have some of these offcuts hovering somewhere they are quite beautiful uncut as well.

Tour pen is incredible all aussie bias put aside as has been said really good quali:claps:ty offcuts mate.

Spot on. That's a beaut pen ilya. :thumbs: Although, I'm glad all offcuts aint this nice as I'm sure most of us would now be buried alive in our sheds because we just couldnt throw them out :funny:

Thank you all for kind comments! The pen is made for a good friend, and when I make a pen specially for someone the motivation to make 'as good as I can' is always there!
