Hi, Guys,

Thought I'd post these, as they seem to be a popular item to buy "the lady down the road" or "a friend I don't see very often". No need to be particular when making these, either. You can use an off-cut and drill a 7mm hole, put it on the lathe, and please yourself regarding the style. The woods used here were meranti and griselinia, (the latter from NZ and Sth. America, which has a very nice grain).

Well made Bob, i like to make these every now and again as part of sets, people tend to like a pen and opener set .. :thumbs:
