My OH has used it extensively, he says it is very thick (thicker viscosity than silicone) and in his opinion it is mainly for outside applications, he used it to stick flashing to a roof and repaired leaks with it.

It is great stuff but not sure how it would work in segmenting, he says Hope this helps
