I have bought the two part doming resin and mixed it and poured it from the mixing pot, it is much easier to do a large run than smaller ones as by the time you have poured a few you will be getting better at judging the amount to pour, but I have never poured anything as small as finials so maybe a syringe type dispenser would be better for that.
