Are there any documents I could print out as a guide for customers on how to use their pen specifically changing the refill

most all dealers have them some on their cards some separately I feel confident you will receive an answer to carry you forward. There is nothing betterr than a demo IMHO.

I have seen instructions on websites for this along with how to look after them .. Maybe you will have to write your own Mark .. :bwink:
