I have turned a few of Dan's gun metal Junior gents and I must say the quality better than I have from T/B for a long time my main gripe was the end fittings with the threads on sinking to far into the tube because the lip was no longer on them well the lip is on Dan's kits so I will be getting mine from Dan in future and his prices are as far as I can see are the best in the UK thank you Dan

I've just ordered a couple of Dan's JR Gents to try out, so I'll look forward to getting them.

When I use this type of pen I have never posted any ever my observation though tells me the greatest damage to two piece pens is fumble fingered potential or new owners it is great to see Woody you are happy with this product because the pens have great possibilities minor probs can be major. This feedback helps so many forum members including me.

Anyone who has some of the Timberbits Jr. Gents should ask Dan to get some cap inserts, they are pennies and can be swapped out for the Jr.Gent ones until you have used them up.

That is a very good suggestion Peter, is Dan up for doing that for us?
I still have a few crappy Jnr Gents kits I have been putting off of making up.
Shame cos they are a goodly kit when pukka.

If not, you could always ask Neil to order some from Rizheng with his next order, I won't be ordering again anytime soon.

So Rizheng sells to hobbyist in a few kits at a time?

If you want 1 slimline they will sell it to you, they don't discriminate. You just place your order, pay for it and 10 days later you get it, it's handy if you are a slimline missing now and then:thumbs:

Excepting that you'll pay $25 delivery + handling for that slimline.
