At short notice David (Timberbits) came 200 miles here to give an experts advice on using the Tormec System. Absolutely fantastic with the NSW Tormec Rep.
He is a personal friend of mine, he pointed out his making himself available was because he believes in personal services to all his customers. I have enjoyed his generosity ever since I met him. What pleased me most was the background slide showing one of of his pens and a letter opener in Huon Pine Burl, (he is a powerful penmaker,prodigeous output). The evening was a huge success and then David had to return ready to start the next day with his family to enlarge the sales area at his HQ in Sydney. Yes he is also a builder.
