Hi all.....i was asked to do a demonstration today on Pen turning for my group of the Institute of Carpenters....please bring a lathe!!
Well i did....i think it went OK with some good feedback....
I went through the various stages with blank and kit selection..drilling and glueing...trimming and turning....bushes...finishes.....obscure things...and even had a play with these two.....to show different finishes the olive one is Melamine and the Ash is CA.....these are two one piece slimline kits, spin offs from my arrow pens and something else i wanted to try[ATTACH]34862[/ATTACH]
