Rather than keep posting in [MENTION=1856]Frederick[/MENTION]s post I thought it would be a good idea to post pictures of my shelf unit which folds flat. This is the frame only without the cover it can easily be modified for a single shelf or even more shelves depending on your needs.
I think the pictures speak for themselves. All you need is someone to make a nice cover for you.

That looks really good. I like the idea and design, especially the dowels used to locate the shelves which then stiffens the whole thing. I might build one and use it next year if that's OK with you. It will fit into the car, no problem at all. Well done Derek :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

No problem that is why I put it on here as I said it can be modified to suit whatever set up is needed. You don't need to make up the back panel like I did instead use a piece of ply but cut the centre out to lighten the weight of it.
They are very stable

Just to add the shelves have a 1" X1" frame that the ply is attched to this gives them some ridgidity and stops sagging.
