Take the bushes off the shaft and engage the mandrel saver so that its passed the threaded end of the rod and switch it on. Put your finger on the mandrel. Is it vibrating? If it is, undo the collet end, blow hard to clear any crap and reassemble but dont overtighten. Repeat, if it still vibrates it s bent!
