Yes, do you know what the imperial equivalent is? I bought a kit that states the drill sizes as 10.4 and 12.1. I would not even know where to find them two sizes so I was hoping to replace them with an imperial equivalent.
I find most drill bits will drill slightly oversize anyway so tend not to follow pen manufacturers recommended sizes instead will measure each type of pen tube and work from that.
I use an iPhone app called 'iEngineer' to obtain information about drilling, threading and related subjects. The imperial version is free, but there is a small charge to get the metric add-on. I don't know if its available for Android phones.
Very few drills come to us as accurate measures as stamped I tend where it matters to take calipers with me or buy sets of drill wgherethe price per drill is really low. Then buy special purpose that same way.
Drill sizes annoy me to bits. I use the drill sizes quoted on the kit instructions and lots of times they are nowhere near. I bought the suggested sized drills and not cheap ones. I ended up wrecking two blanks. I gave up on the kits.
