I was across in gods country last week having a few days in the Dales. Following the demise of John Boddy I called in at Duffield timber which is just outside Ripon for a nosey around. They've got a good set up which is mainly geared towards producing mouldings for the trades people. However the guy I was talking to showed me one of their smaller units which they are just stocking with some of the exotic hardwoods with a view to supplying smaller amounts to the hobbyist like ourselves. Hopefully in a few weeks we'll have another supplier on stream.
