Eliot click pen Gel refill

Hi Eveyone
Happy New year to all.
As anyone used the Eliot click pen kit from Prokraft? I am asking really about the gel refill you get with the pen. I have made a few now for customers over the xmas period as present.
The pen I like but the gel refill seems to only last 3/4 weeks. I made one for the wife who does crosswords and the refill is used very quickly.
The refill is the same type as the parker type. Surely they should last longer than 4 weeks?

Hi Richard,
Prokraft sells the parker style refill to fit, I think. Could a normal ballpoint do the job and last longer? Contact them.

I don't fit Gel refills my customers don't like them. Ask Prokraft to sell the kit with a ballpoint instead of the gel
I am sure he will.

No luck on that suggestion unfortunately. This was my reply from them. I like the pen but having to buy a second refill as the gel one as such a short life span is not really acceptable.

So it seems that their business model does not suit the customers' needs.... pity because it puts me off buying from them, whereas when I ask Phil for a spare bit it arrives within 3 days (BREXIT about to disprove that).

Yeah I know but this as been a very popular pen for me over xmas. Just want to see how long customers take before saying gel refill as run out.
