Has any of the members taken a elite classic to bits. as yet again I’ve had a slight bend in the mandrel shaft and the pen does not look right so it looks like it’s dismantle time I hope. Also can anyone tell me a good site to get a MT2 mandrel from

Most pens will come apart, I use a good set of drift punches, a small hammer and a grippy glove....
I have seen plastic covered jaws on mole grips and also special clamps on pen presses....
Axminster tools do a good mandrel with mandrel saver( hollow head stock to do away with the nut on the mandrel, one reason they can bend)
