Kit- Epsilon Gold plated

Blank - Acetate

Finish - Through MM's and final polish

Bit of a challenge this one was as it was only .5mm bigger than the finished pen size.. It already had a 7mm hole drilled in it as well to add insult to injury. :whistling:

And yet, another nice one Eamonn!!!
I know what you mean about drilling a pre drilled blank.
Could have blown that out soon as the drill touched it.

Ain't you been a busy boy. Steady up old lad you will knacker yourself up at this rate 4 cracking pens mate ! I have done some of the pre drilled acetate that I got from Vince at the Turners Workshop. It is really nice stuff but as you say you don't have a lot left when it's drilled out. I can't remember what kit it was but I once got away with using a piece by expanding it in boiling water and freezing the tube :thinks:

Very nicely done.....as above I have used this stuff, it polishes really well, but can be tricky matching to kits O/Ds & I/Ds all differ.....well done!
