I bought the ET-4850 about a month ago and already wish I’d done it years ago. I’m not sure I needed this spec but I always tend to buy the most I can afford at the time in some hope that this will somehow future proof my purchases for longer. 


I still had a load of cartridges for my old Epson printer so thought long and hard about whether to swap like-for-like so I could use them or to go for the eco version. Anyway once I’d bitten the bullet I was glad I did. The print quality is excellent and


I’ve used it up to card 320 GSM with no problem. The ink costs will be vastly reduced over time. The supply it came with will probably last me years.
