Angelo I answered on Davids reply and yes my two worries for me and I rarely try to impose my thoughts re these is when transitioning from any pen kit be it from the centre bands on Streamlines what do you match if you choose the topmost of the rings etc so I do just that and turn a gentle rounding to emulate the curve. I advocate no great stepping from top to bottom so it does not draw attention away from the kit or the timber but harmonises, flows. You should see the quandary when I make hex pens how I approach to round from hex, and I guess this made me more aware and occasionall comment in an endeavor to suggest give it a thought try it and see make up your own mind. I agree with you even a touch difference shows. Sometimes I burst into dips and scrolls as well to break up something my way sometimes for fun or a desire to be different for my own sake
