Swamp Kauri and Irish Bog Oak finished with 10 coats of ca. Swamp Kauri can be up to 50,000yrs and Bog Oak up to 5,000. I think this pen would be pretty boring if it wasn't for the provenance but as it is, I'm pleased with it. I did have a go at making the top button but couldn't think of a different way of doing it so that is work in progress.
