Yesterday I ordered a couple of sets of accessory mounting jaws for my Chuck. I ordered them on line late afternoon and got free delivery (estimated 3days and remember it is a bank holiday weekend). Within 15 minutes I received a despatch notice email and then at 11:00 this morning the post lady delivered them!
Now to add icing to the cake these are made in the UK (Axminster I understand). They arrived well packaged in cardboard and paper , no plastic in sight so all recyclable and no excess packaging either. I popped the first set on, fitted the jaws and had them working by mid day. Now that is what I call excellent service and I just felt Axminster deserved to be commended here. Usual disclaimer, I have no association with Axminster other than as a satisfied customer.
Just shows what our suppliers and distributors can do here in the UK. Well done Axminster and the Royal Mail.

I have to agree, Axi have always given excellent customer service, not always the best prices, but I would always be happy to pay a premium for an extra level of service.

I concur, Axminster play all the right tunes, were quick delivery is mentioned. As said before, not always the best price, but a price one pays for top notch service.
I use Axminster most of my time, cannot fault them.
