They will look just fine mate. That's the beauty of casting multi colour blanks you never really know what they'll look like till you get stuck in. Looking forward to seeing the photos of the finished pens

Before and after which twin has the Toni wait and see but you are having experiences I often go to the U Beaut site where you are a member I have belonged there for ever it seems but they are almost inactive in pens these days. Good place U Beaut to pick up timber blanks for me over the years.

Dalboy some of my best castings have been the ones I thought were crap and nearly threw in the bin. The wife grabbed them and when she turned them they were some of the best I have done.
Always turn them then decide :wink::thumbs::thumbs:
