Chestnut says yes well yandles does but I think is wrong


Chestnut Shellac Sanding Sealer - Yandle and Sons Ltd





Do not use cellulose products on top as these will react with the base.(when looking at shellac sanding sealer)


i think melamine is thinned with cellulose

 

So the answer is NO
