I had a lot of problems getting the bushings to fit in the tubes, and I still don't know why. After using a reamer, Dremel, and 11/32" drill bit, I finally got them to fit, although a couple of them were still tight. No problems with turning and assembly. Interesting looking pen. I have one more to turn, but not sure I'll do anymore after that.

They're growing on me. I guess they are pretty good looking pens.

Having seen the components at close hand from these kits, i know that they are very well made and will last a life time. Another great choice of blank Jim, the kit and blank work well together making a very nice pen indeed ..
