First pen for a while

Good evening. It's been a while since I turned a pen so I thought i'd ease myself back into it with a 7mm slimline and some olive wood. Made the blank from a chopping board from TK Maxx, along with about 15 others. :)

Beaut Olive Wood mate well worth the selection from that board,so many changes in this timber always welcomed.

Nice work. Love the taper and fine lines to that one. I did look at some chopping boards on Saturday with a view to blank making but will keep my eye open at car boots for some I think.
