All new kits to me as well and I struggled a bit with the blackwood on the over and under cap. It's been so long, I'd almost forgotten how to do it.:nooidea:

Bolt action is for me in lig vi, shock absorber in rosewood is a request for a mate and not as bad as I feared tbh. Photos a bit cr*p as was just on the kitchen bench.

Note to Brian: Especially for you mate, no plastics or CA were used :funny:

I bought the kit off Walter last time I was at his gaff which was many moons ago. Forgot I had it tbh Woody.
Both that and the chairman are heavy, chunky pens, much bigger than I'm used to.

I should've done the others in plasticky stuff then Brian. :whistling::funny:

Hey Chas
What are you doing here posting? :rolling: You should be preparing for the big day tomorrow, or at least fretting over it.

Is your suit pressed? Is the ring safe? Are you going out on the p*** tonight and if so will the guys tie you to a lamp post? Is Sue going to change her mind and give you the heave ho? Is the best mans' speech going to be embarrassing? - You know, just the little details. :funny:

Seem to have less time now than when I was working Neil. Doesn't help when I take a couple of hours over breakfast while on the 'puter :whistling:
Previously when something needed doing I just had to get on with it until it was finished, now there's always manyana :funny:

Nice set of pens Bob. I am in the same mind as you mate since finishing work nearly 5 years ago I just don't know where the time goes. I don't know how I managed to fit work in. One of the best things about retirement is not being stuck to a timetable.

I always manage to get the Month right I never know what day it is and have not worn my watch in ages love it

:funny::funny: It's peeing down outside here, had to call off the golf 'cos my mate is a wimp, got loads of work to finish off outside and I'm sitting here with a coffee doing nowt.

I did some badly needed machinery maintenance yesterday and need to do some major workshop reorganisation as my lathe is too high to be comfortable but when I fitted the cabinets I didn't mean for them to come out again so have to build up some enthusiasm to start.:nooidea:

Right, that's it, I'm off into the workshop
