This is my first spalted pen, JR Chrome Rollerball in Spalted Apple from the generous Woody..

Had a nightmare, the CA glue this pen blank drank was unbelievable. But I remembered the words of wisdom from Woody use plenty of CA and keep skew sharp and take is slow.
Finally got there.....

What you think?

That`s a beauty Rowdy, what a smasher for a first go with spalted timber :bravo::bravo:

I nipped over for 10 minutes yesterday :whistling::whistling: & picked up some of these blanks amongst other things from Woody, what a smashing fella :thumbs:, seeing this has spurred me on to get mine turned ASAP.
