Have a look locally to you and see if there is a Corian fabricator, I picked up a volvo estate's load of the stuff from a friendly fabricator and all for free.
Nice trio of pens Matt.
Try a local kitchen firm & ask for cuttings. Show them one of you pens & tell them you'll make a few for them. You'll probably get a never ending supply of off cuts.
Nice pens well done on your first attempt I get my corian from a firm who fit out airports and shops as soon as the owner of the firm heard I make pens for veterans I get all there off cuts sometimes 4ft x 2ft sheets
The only Corian I have used or seen has been 1/2 inch thick, pain in the rear drilling a 7mm hole hundreds of times in a session in 1/2 inch square. I noticed the white used to be marginally thicker. When placed with other pens lady customers would hold and handle the Corian ones for ages. Bad news in the winter they are cold to handle. Also I was really sad when Brasso discontinued their cream polish in a tube forever ago. It was my main final polish.
