There will be 2 blokes and 5 females, (gaud help us), plus a toddler at the Christmas dinner table so i needed to churn out some cheap and quick no nonsense table gifts as well as making sure they are reasonably similar (not identical) so they won't argue about who has what. :rolling: These will shut them up and guaranteed will be well used. Note, these are givaways and I didn't take too much care over them, finish is just a coat of friction polish then waxed.
The bottle openers are of course for myself and son and before anyone says the toddler shouldn't be drinking, she's getting a spinning top :funny:

Couldn't get any bottle openers so bought cheap £2 Wilkinson thingies and cut them up. Will get a couple of corkscrews out of them as well.

Simple solutions to the age old questions raised each year this year our youngest daughter has the task and is taking us all to a posh nosh with unlimited choices. Have a beaut time with your family Lons. We with five daughters and one son had an inequity balance for a long time.

Peter.

they will go down well :thumbs:

Whatever is in the bottles they're used on certainly will Billy :funny:

We're going to my sons' house for dinner and they only live 6 miles away but my bottles will contain non alcoholic beverage :sob: while some of the females get merry and talk even louder.
The other downside is that both my daughter and 88 year old mil will be staying with us for at least a couple of days. Seriously thinking of going to live in the workshop

Good looking quickies there Bob, 10 out of 10 for the ingenuity of the corkscrew bottle openers init?

Our Christmas party dwindles every year, either dead or moved away, we are the olduns now.
Two sons moving house over this Christmas, one moving into temp accommodation while his house is being built somewhere in Northamptonshire.
The other going through divorce and selling up, he done really well out of the deal so gob shut on that one init?
Drain was writing the cards out last night and renamed the address book as " the death register"!
Daughter planned her first Christmas at her home with her kids, her hubby loses a family member every year it seems and spends his at a funeral in Trinidad, his mum last year and brother died last week.
I'll be working, Drain will be cooking for herself, Merry Bloody Christmas one and all init?

BAH HUMBUG!!!!!!!!!!!!
