What size pen will they hold and what is the price ???
Cheers
Ray

Prices from around £7 each, (basic box with no engraving) depending on what engraving is required, but between £1 and £3 for up to 3 lines of engraving.

I make these to order generally but have had a little spare time to get a few in stock, the ones above take the long executive, sierras an the slimmer fountain pens. ( if I remember rightly the Omega will go in it as well)

I have done a few only around 4mm thicker and they take any of the Mistrals, Retros, Alphas and so on.

I have done double ones as well. Which take the Emperor (quite a large pen if you have ever seen them)

I make them to order if anyone wants them so any type of pen, pens, sets and kits can be accommodated really. just can't do them instantly as need to work around my abilities, if I know I need to be active and someone out I just need to up my meds..:winking:

I don't make many or make much money out of them as it serves to keep me active and retain some mental sanity.

PM me if you need anything specific.

I know £7 may sound like allot of money to some but when you know how much work goes in to these then its nothing really when you take material costs in to it.

But the prices are negotiable if anyone wants to order a few at a time

Hi Eamonn i think that is a very good price, and if I ever get good enough to be able to sell pens, your boxes would be the ideal way to display them, definately better than the plastic ones

They’re very nice Eamonn mate and certainly not expensive

Thanks for the feed-back. But you will be surprised of how many whinge about the price Keith.

There is quite a bit of work in them and I tend to make to order but make more than required so I can have a few spare.

No problem Ray, but I'm sure your skills and pens would enhance my boxes as well.

I know exactly where you’re coming from there Eamonn. A lot of folks think that because you made it yourself then you shouldn’t charge for your time.
Years ago I used to go round craft fairs etc and look at the ‘ridiculous’ high prices. Now I go round the same craft fairs look at the ridiculous low prices.

They look great Eamonn. 7 quid is a bargain I would say to be honest. You pay more than that in many places for mass produced boxes where the hinges and clasp don't fit properly. I think you could do very well with them, if anybody is after a quality handmade case.

Evening Eamonn,

Really very well made and not expensive at all. I've been on the look out for box's for high end pens that I sell on Etsy and these would be just the ticket. I'd like to chat some more to you - can I PM you at some point?

Thanks.

Regards,

Chriscb

Thanks for the superb response guys, its really helpful to me and I am eternally grateful for it.

I have been in discussion with Phil and I believe we have come to an agreement and I will be setting up in the seller forum on here so it will be easier for you all to see and it will mean the info will be in one place rather than searching for boxes.

Thanks again guys.
