I answered an article on another website about some offcuts of Black American walnut....for free!!. Well i went along to see this wood and it turning out he is a bespoke carpenter making all sorts of things. It also turned out he was in the process of moving and he want to get shot of a lot of the smaller stuff.
Well and hour later and £15.00 lighter i had a car full of all kinds of wondrous woods, most of it is good for segmented bowls but there are a couple of bits i could make a shallow bowl out of. :banana::banana::banana::banana:
