Plenty of fountain pen and rollerball sets about but SWMBO wants a decent FP and ball point set and I cannot find one. Wonder why that is ?

Matching pens are delightful but can be confusing unlike but similar create a lovely pair I am guessing a Fountain Pen seldom used would be unused after a while Pencils the same most useage would be the Roller Ball or Ball Point. Everything depends on the lady mate the proposition comes back to you two sitting through the thoughts. All the best Peter.

I have never used a rollerball but according to the wife it is to much like a FP, i.e. the ink is 'wet' so smudges on shiny xmas cards etc and takes time to dry on ordinary paper.

Even better (in my opinion) is an Omega FP and a Virage ball point. Especially so given the similarity between the Omega FP/Rollerball and the Virage FP/Rollerball.

An opportunity for a new addition to the Omega range Dan?
I have kept clear of the Omega ballpoint so far. This mainly down to the desire to offer different options. At a risk of sending customers to another supplier Vinny appears to stock the virage ball point.
