Fowl time

I thought it was about time I started something. Pretty pleased how close I got all the pieces straight of the saw next job is to sand and get a better fit. Also sand and roundover the edges. I will post more pics as and when I do a little more.

Well nearly six months later I managed to complete the old bird. I was going to stain different parts but liked the look of the natural wood even though it was all the same wood, because I changed the direction of the grain in each section it gave it texture.
The backing board measures 12" X 11"
