They're all bloody French parlez vous francais ?

Sorry Fred, no experience but their euros are as good as anyone else'. I don't know the regulations about trading within the European Union but I guess you need to look at any duties or liabilities you could incur carrying business goods across and maybe liable for tax on profits in France maybe?
Good luck if you decide to do it, may be the start of a big international corporation
