Noble penmaker with predudices so ably explained and if they are for you personally thats fine. Great timber removing the centre band thats ok the pens would look extended with centre bands. Sweet grain in both pens the finials still exist in another form but they display the cross grain so well. The Cabochons do not add or improve but are practical without a clip better IMHO to house the pens in a desk block of some kind to keep that oh so smooth outline. I would like to see the little Ebony base but locating a sort of pin could make it less fluid to use. Normal grooves work so well.


Summing up two of your best pens with beautiful timber Pierre I would prefer to only say what I like since my remarks are mine alone I guess I still like to dwell on the excellence.
