Made from a set of stamps from 2005 when England won the ashes. This is made from the 4 stamps with only 2 of them being prominent and I will make another now with the other 2 being prominent.

I like the themes that you are selecting for the casted blanks Paul, they certainly do help make these pens unique my friend. A very well turned and finished pen indeed .. :thumbs:

Huge celebrations Paul making the most of it I see my least favourite English cricketer has been wiped that will make the new series far more exciting for me may the best team win I say.

Your pen is 1. In focus all over gives the stamps a real home. 2. Features Freddie most appropriate. 3. One of the best Captains around. 4. Uses a fat kit to allow the event more room to celebrate that overall pic of happiness for the team and country.

Love the way you succeeded in encapsulating such a rare event (just joking) your pen also is something to shout about your mastery of casting stamps after all the hoopla of glues clues mounting sensibly. I have with great restraint on this forum refrained from partiality for my team pst dont talk about the war as in Dads Army or FOOTBALL>

Healthy way to break the mores on pens I celebrate your win in making this FINE pen.

Kind regards Peter.:goesred::goesred::chuckle::shocking::shocking::shocking::shocking:

Paul,

No I don't have KPs address, anyway you'll have to send it international airmail since he's off back to India tomorrow if you can find it. I don't think your idea of suggesting that he could write his column in the Times with it was a very good one and sending it with a note saying with much love and affection, yours always Andy Strauss, is not very tactful, but then again you were a CD so what should I have expected?

I'll PM you again if I do find the address.

Fabulous pen Paul, might be worth a fortune.

I was playing golf at Barnard castle on Wednesday and saw "Beefy" Botham in the village pub near where he lives, bet he would buy it off you :thumbs:
