Went to the local 99p shop for some CA and kitchen roll.

While I'm in there I spotted this, bamboo cutting board about 9 inch by 7 inch. I thought I could have some fun with that.

Here's the result.

Phil,

Like the effects but not my favourite shape, looks like a pair of sausages, like the key rings. Was it tough as old boots to turn?

You have used it to great effect, they are brilliant, I wish we had a 99p store, ours is a more expensive Poundland where their cutting boards are plastic.

First Streamline I've done and I agree it's not ideal, must try harder

It ripped a bit but a sharp roughing gouge and gentle cuts and it was OK, seems to take a friction polish finish quite well.

Great looking pen and key ring.
Finish looks beautiful.
Nice!
I picked up 2 bamboo cutting boards 12"x20"x1" at
a garage sale about 2 years ago for $1.00.
Never cut one up yet, but I will soon.
