Just what you want on a Saturday when you're trying to buy an additional fan heater for the garage, to find out that the credit card has been abused to the tune of £700 through a uk tool website
No idea where the scoundrels scraped the details from, anytime it's used online I always check for the valid security certificate chains. Could have been leaked from any number of places it's been used since 2014 though, just very bizarre that they'd run a authorisation test on the 30th October against Apple Pay which we don't use, and then use it at a tool shop for around £700 worth of stuff on Nov 3rd. Almost like they knew something tool related maybe be glanced over.
Fraud squad sorting it all out though, just a minor blip while the new card arrives.
